Gilles Villeneuve was known for being an aggressive and ragged F1 driver, with fast reflexes keeping him on track. His racing career started in snowmobile racing, at the age of 12. He raced snowmobiles competitively and even became the 1974 world champion. Snowmobile racing helped Villeneuve to craft his driving style by improving his reflexes and car control. Racing on ice while sliding around made Villeneuve more precise and sensitive. These traits allowed Villeneuve to have a successful career in Formula One.
