What was Jochen Rindt's driving style?
It was an Aggressive Oversteer driving style. This is why.
Jochen Rindt was known as an aggressive driver, always on the edge of grip. Quoting F1.com, When asked how frequently he drove beyond his limits he replied: "Did I ever drive within them?". He was a brave driver considering that any crash could have been a fatal one in the 1960s. With the lightweight, low-downforce and skinny tyred cars, aggression was the way to go fast. The cars were nimble, and tyres hard, allowing for the driver to dance the car around corners. The fastest way around a single lap was the bravest and most aggressive way.
